How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add the products you like to your cart, then click Proceed to Checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm — that's it.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at 0336-5729474 (call or WhatsApp). Once dispatched, an order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Your order history is saved in your browser for convenience.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order is required. Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping.
Can I place an order via WhatsApp?
Yes! Message us at 0336-5729474 with the product name or link, your delivery address, and preferred payment method. Our team will confirm and process the order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.
How does Easypaisa / JazzCash payment work?
At checkout, select your wallet and enter your registered mobile number. A payment request is sent to your wallet app — approve it on your phone and the order is confirmed instantly.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Select Cash on Delivery at checkout. No advance payment is needed — pay the full amount in cash to the delivery person when your order arrives.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through official Easypaisa and JazzCash secure channels. We never store your wallet PIN or financial credentials.
My payment failed — what should I do?
Make sure you have sufficient balance, you entered the correct wallet number, and you approved the payment within the time limit. If the amount was deducted but you didn't receive a confirmation, contact us at 0336-5729474 and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges?
Free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000. Orders below that have a flat shipping fee of PKR 200–350 depending on your city.
How long does delivery take?
Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 1–2 business days. Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar: 2–4 business days. Other major cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–7 business days.
Do you deliver to all areas in Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Remote areas may take slightly longer (5–7 business days).
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also call 0336-5729474 for tracking assistance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Exchange page for full details.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at 0336-5729474 with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason. Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Easypaisa / JazzCash: 5–7 business days. Bank transfer: 7–10 business days. COD orders are refunded via Easypaisa or bank transfer.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free pickup and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
