We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery times, and tracking.
1. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.
- Orders below PKR 5,000: a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 – PKR 350 depending on your delivery city.
- The exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order is dispatched, expected delivery times are:
- Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 1–2 business days
- Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar: 2–4 business days
- Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 5–7 business days
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Courier Partners
We work with leading courier services for fast and safe delivery, including:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier Services
- Pakistan Post (for remote areas)
The courier is selected automatically based on your delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Use it on the courier's website to track your package in real time. For tracking assistance, contact us at 0336-5729474.
5. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If nobody is available at the address, the courier will leave a notice and you can coordinate a re-delivery time directly. You can also reach the courier through the tracking number provided.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.
- Please keep the exact cash amount ready when the courier arrives.
- For very large orders or remote locations, we may request a partial advance to confirm the order.
Note: Delivery times above are estimates. Unforeseen events (weather, civic disruptions, courier delays) may occasionally affect delivery — we'll always keep you informed.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
